Idalis has spent most of her life helping people take control of their fitness and nutrition to have an overall healthier lifestyle. She uses her more than 15 years of experience as a fitness trailblazer, certified personal trainer and sports and nutrition coach to deliver a simple, effective approach that has helped thousands of people accomplish their "impossible."

Her journey began as an Elite and Division I track and field athlete, and she later became a trusted fitness advisor, creating transformative programs for leading brands like Women's Health Magazine, IFit, Beachbody, Men's Health, and more. Idalis holds an array of top-tier certifications, including NASM-CPT, NASM Sports Nutrition Coach, and RRCA Certified Running Coach.

Her mission is profound and aims to keep your health and fitness simple, fresh, honest - and most importantly - results driven.
